well some good stuff came outta today.
i ended up with the highest grade on my lab practical, and edged out another student for top grade in the lab by .02 percent!!! and i was like puking my guts out the day before. maybe i should get sick before every test? i dont know, but we shall see how i did on the final, hopefully i did ok!
well back to studying, one more exam to go

ok. busy weekend upcoming. tomorrow i am gonna hangout with jessica i think and i dunno what were gonna do but hopefully we have fun and stuff because this is gonna be oficially fun weekend!!!!!!!!!
saturday- hanging out with dj and going to watch the gibbons somewhere... i dunno where
sunday-hunt for new gerbils may begin, or perhaps we can do that friday, i am not sure. i guess ill prolly get them at petsmart again maybe. i am not sure. i dunno where else i can get them where the people know much about them diagnostics wise. ill prolly have to rely on the web for that info. hehe maybe one day i will be a gerbil doctor myself, like the lady my mom found. nah, im pretty happy with the teacher route i have chosen for now.
well off to the coffee house to go start my studies. i am going to organize a study group around here for my fellow microbiology students so we can kick the crap outta the next exam

ok so i think this weekends study fest was a great success came test time, i think i did really well again.
things are working out really great for me right now. i am happy to be not only surrounded by people that care about me (too many for me to hande at times) but just so much is going well. i got great reviews from my boss and the teacher for the class that i supplemental instruct. i have a fan cub or something in the class, nah, these really nice people in the class invited me to sit by them and stuff. they even invited me to go see 8 mile with them when it comes out into theatres and such. ill have to talk about it to them in more details tomorrow hehe.
school, going pretty well. Ive aced every test so far this semester. this girl in my microbiology class wants me to take physics with her, scheduling already! sheesh, seems like just 2 months ago i was fighting to find an open class for this semester....oh wait.. i was.
saw judson today, which is weird because just the other day i was talking about him to someone.
so i decided that i need to find a good place to buy gerbils. i want to get two, both female, and in good shape. pellet was a sweet little thing, but she had problems ever since her birth, and thats not typical of gerbils. plus the people at petsmart realy have no idea whats wrong with the animals anyways, so it was really no use taking ehr there when she was sick because we had to always call the gerbil doctor anyways. Anyone know of any good, knowlegeable, clean pet stores selling gerbils?
i read the glass rose paper today again, the one i wrote about jessica. i decided that i need to write more stories for the fun of it and maybe try to get my stuff published. if i can make a whole classroom cry, maybe i can sell a few copies, even though i suck at english. thats just a minor detail, but perhaps that will come in time, or perhaps, as i believe, there is no real way to go about english, just tailor it to your own needs. sitting by the lake the othe night helped me too. i got a big inspiration to make a movie script to see if dave conger would like it and wanna make the movie with me. any volenteers for parts?

sshe was a good gerbil. she didnt need much but love, attention, food and water and she got all that and more. we loved pellet here. we will miss pellet. funeral is tomorrow after the michigan game.
god bless you, pellet. dead at a young age, reason unknown, but it is believed to be heart related, she died will at play. i went to her cage and realized she was passed away about 30 mins ago. she was the nicest gerbil, and will be missed.

as of the end of this much john stewart wil officially have a higher level of internet satisfaction. its DSL time for the fam!!! yaya i am excited. more online time, woot. i am gonna get a new printer too!!!! and hopefully make my computer twice as good. so yah, went thriftin with kathy today had fun, i missed that kathy!!!!!!! hopefully we will hangout again soon gety to hangout with kathleen soon as well, prolly mondayish, that will be greatness.

its been a while since i have updated this thing. ive been really busy. ive been trying to balance school, 2 jobs, now a band, and finally i seem to be getting back in a groove. today i didnt do too much, alot of typing of notes and a studyguide for work, some other things as well, but primarily just that. Last night i had fun playing with dave. i really want this band thing to go somewhere, we just need a bassist hehe. i wanna go sometime this week thrifting, anyone wanna go with me? i also need to hit up a few stores and stuff. two shows this weekend, maybe three. i am deffy going to thrice/hwm/coheed, and bsf/snapcase/time in malta, who is going with me for those? i might go see mock orange on friday as well.
national squirrel awareness week waa a success, i honked at upwards of 200 squirrels, saw a 30 squirrel congregation on a acorn rich lawn on allard ( with erik, we talked to the squirrles for a while but they were busy eating acorns)
acorns are a fruit. i hope to hangout with dj and some other people more often. i have been talking alot to kathy again, we might hangout soon, and i really miss hanging out with kathleen, i havent seen her in a little while, but i am sure ill see her at school soon, hopefully.
i wanna go tomorrow also to pick up a bunch of pick up hockey schedules so i can get into like 2 games a week or something, i am getting back into hockey shape and i cannot wait to hit the ice again!!!!
i also wanna workout more frequently at school. i am gonna check it out tomorrow after classes and my si session, im getting an alright one here but i need a more impactful workout session.
well i better hit the hay, long day ahead of me!

the used was thursday. it was fun, got to chat with them at the meet and great, and they are all really fun, talked abotu utah alot, yay!
saw some key peoples there. of course i went with lisa, but also saw here label working for mate k-80 hehe and her friends, then there was leah, and kimma, and mr pendergrass, and eric, and alot of other people, it was fun. cant complain about the crappy other bands becuase it was free hehe.
what else. alot fo schoolwork is what i am doing lately, a freakin lot. no free time at all until next weekend. i love you all.

first day of actually attending class for supplemental instruction. i met with dr freeman beforehand and he discussed several things with me and just showed me a bunch of neat stuff and suggested i get this book. he seems excited to have me as the si and everything and i am excited.
so we get in lecture hall, and i am backed by, 350 students, and i am like wow, what if all 350 wanna come to an si session since hes pressing it, but i best remain calm.
he goes on and reads a bit, then like the third thing he mentions is si.
he explains how the class is lucky to have si and how last time he tought with it lowest grade of anyone attending was a b, whihc is good considereing a good portion fail or wd. then he puts me on the spot, hehe, i wasnt prepaired at all! hes like, john, stand up and introduce yourself. me, being quick with the wit, hehe made up, hello my name is john stewart, class replys " hi john" and instead of saying something funny or witty like i normally would, i came up with " on friday i will be passing out flyers and discussing the program more, so look forward to that" hehe what a tart i am.
so yah, all wayne state peeps that got a few mins on friday around 150 if u wanna help me pass out flyers i would loooooove it and buy u coffee, and smitty i forgot i said it was my treat the other day, i owe u!
first day of microbiology lectures today too, i have a feelin after that class i might not be eating much fast foods hehe.
astronomy is gonna kick ass, the teacher seems really cool and is very understandable with only a very slight spanish accent, but he seems really cool. overall i think i am in good shape this semester.

also i am meeting andseeing alot of cool people on campus, everywhere i turn there is a new adventure. i hope to get to meet more people as the semester continues.
i am glad to be back in school, it is definitely helping me to move onwards! there is still so much for me to do and so many ways i can have and impact on society. when dr freeman asked the lecture who was gonna be a teacher, he said those people are the most important in lecture, even more important than pre meds. i know there is alot out there for me, its gonna be so special. the last 4 years of my unprofessional life (2 yrs undergrad, 2 years graduate student). i am enjoying the more time i spend on campus, soaking in the rays, reading, chilling, chai, friends, oh my its prolly one of the best times of my scholastic life, and i want to take advantage of it, i want to learn more this semester than i ever have in a semester. ok everyone here is my final school scehdule minus times i will holding si sessions or tutoring those hours i will know soon

last night i hungout withed erik, dj, matt, ian, sam, mel, mere, and we laid down our backing vocals on a few of the new zero d tracks. collectively us minus dj and erik and sam are the zero d choir hehe, it sounded so great i cannot wait until the cd comes out. Its gonna be an enhanced cd with 2 videos, each of which i will likely be in! and hopefully more dumb stuff on it too.
today i am going to the arts, beats, and eats festival with kathleen and nikki. this will most likely lead to fun times!!
my ducky straw is the coolest.
my supplemental instruction job is soo much fun, i cannot wait until i hold my sessions, i am so pumped. tomorrow i am gonna spend a fair amount of time int he morning preparing for it and everything, prolly put in 3 hrs ont he website and other things like reading the material. hopefully i will be eating with mr smitty tomorrow at harmonie garden as well. i miss my ex-conso bros. this semester should bring about alot of hanging out with my friends!!!!!!!! which is going to rock because i will be on campus quite a bit with breaks and everything.
tomorrow i am gonna go get the new the starting line cd at bbuy for 6.99, they have some great deals, and i migth get a cd player for my car as well.

so i have been back from tennessee for about 3 days now, time to update-
visited pidgeon forge, sevierville, gatlinburg, and the rest of the smokeys, cherokee nc, and cookeville.
ok so nuf bout that
my dog has fleas and sores all about i am worried about him.
i keep getting stress headaches for every which reason, they kill so bad, i dunno, i should just die! so much stress on a young body. everything just builds up on lil ol me
only thing that keeps me glued together is my lil flea bag rusty and my friends.
man i wish i hadnt misused my last blank tape i could really use one for the new sparta cd and for finch too, what a mix that would make for the long rides to school/work.
first day of tutor training today, gonna get a headache with all this paper work but it went ok thanks to a chai tea latte in the morning!!!! caribou is a special place.
peter was there and we chatted alot. supplemental instruction is going to be rocking.

hanging out with erich, ryan, and dan now again!!!! yay!!!!
my rockyanos plans were shot down, aparently people didnt care much for my idea and chose eddies instead, oh well, it happens, maybe i just have chiznitty ideas or something.
holly was fun, alot of perfect dark and eq and other games, and lunar eternal blue of course
video games are once again a savory activity for me to do regularly. there easy on me, relaxing. and mtg too, i will not try to deny my nerdity for any more time. i will embrace it instead.
tonight-work then hopefully either video games or something at erichs house or hanging out with lisa and megan maybe who knows.
and about a certain person, forget it, theres nothing there anyways, she wont even look into my eyes or anything, i dont like staring at the side of someone neck all the time, forget it. im through. i cant take the emotional flogging much longer, or i will hate girls all together, and that is not an option.
i donmt think i have ever looked forward to vacation or going to school this much. i miss my school friends and the campus and everything, i miss being in detroit.
